This is the real reason most firms stop before they start, and it deserves a straight answer rather than a reassuring noise.
The catch
That's a genuine problem when the file is a client's accounts, a case bundle or a tenancy agreement. If someone in your firm has been told "don't put anything real into ChatGPT", they were right to be careful.
The fix
Training switched off, a data processing agreement in place, your work kept out of the training set. Setting that up properly is part of the audit — and it's what unlocks AI for the work you thought was off-limits.
No. That's the whole point. We work with firms whose idea of IT is the person who knows how to fix the printer. Everything we set up is meant to be used by the people already doing the job.
Less than you'd think. These tools are powerful enough that a little training goes a long way — that's why half a day gets so much done. The single biggest win is a habit, not a skill: before any admin job, ask "can AI do this?"
Copilot sits nicely inside Outlook and Excel, but it's behind the best models available today. We'd generally point you at Claude or ChatGPT for the heavy lifting for now, and revisit as it improves. We'll tell you straight either way.
The audit is a fixed price, discounted for early clients, and we'll tell you the number on the first call before you commit to anything. Ongoing work is quoted separately and only if you want it. We'd rather talk about where your time goes first.
Then we'll say so, and you'll still leave the audit with your tools set up, your team trained and a written plan. In practice we've not yet walked into a firm with no repetitive work in it.
